We have a New Person and New Classes!

Jeffrey A. Bentley, CHt has joined Alliance Healing Center full time beginning March 1, 2008.  Jeff provides Hypnotherapy Services.  It's chief uses include smoking cessation, weight management, stress relief, pain control, performance enhancement and memory recall including past life regression.  You can reach Jeff at 513-290-2631.  He has also scheduled 3 classes at Alliance Healing Center which are listed below:

Improve Your Meditation Skills in One Week

• Tuesday, April 29, 2008,  7:00pm to 8:00pm.  Jeffrey A. Bentley, CHT leads this class that will give you tools for improving your meditation skills.  During this course you will be led through the procedure once and afterward will be given a home practice disc.  See for yourself, that by putting this method into practice for one week, your speed and depth of meditation will improve.  All necessary materials provided.  If you would like to use a mat or pillow for meditation, feel free to bring it along.

Journey Into a Past Life

• Tuesday, May 6, 2008  6:30pm to 8:30pm.  Jeffrey A. Bentley leads this group session to introduce you to a past life!  If you have ever been attracted to a particular time in history, a specific place on earth or some ancient culture and can't explain it, this may be the key to unlocking the answer.  Maybe you have already seen or been given a reading regarding a past life and would like to know more--this may also help you.   If you would like to use a mat or pillow for meditation, feel free to bring it along.

Stress Management Series

• Tuesday, May 13, 20, and 27, 2008  6:30pm to 8:30pm.  Jeffrey A. Bentley leads this group session to help you manage stress in your life.  Stress is always with us, it is how we deal with it that matters.  This is a three (3) session series, meeting three consecutive Tuesdays.   If you would like to use a mat or pillow for meditation, feel free to bring it along.

Spring Drumming Circle

We have set our next Drumming Circle date as April 13, 2008 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.  Rev. Judith Little will be leading the group.  Come ring in the Spring with us!

I found this article interesting in Yoga Journal's Daily Insight for February 22.  They mention that Yoga and CranioSacral "complement each other in several ways, since CST is likely to have similar benefits to yoga: calming the central nervous system, boosting the immune system, and releasing the body's habitual tension patterns."  Click here to read the article.
