Bob Laake will be drumming at the Kid's Wellness Day!

Yes folks, I couldn't wait to tell you that we have just confirmed  Bob Laake from Drum for Healing  at Noon THIS SUNDAY at our Center. 

Bob will be leading a "hands on" Tribal Drumming session for kids and adults.  Bob currently conducts workshops at Children's Hospital, where the children learn that the vibration from Tribal Drumming actually helps heal their body.  What a wonderful way to stay healthy and have fun too!  Come experience it for yourself this Sunday, January 18th at Noon.

Reminder.....Kids Wellness Day:  Alternative Therapies

• Sunday, Jan 18   9:30 to 4:00pm Brecka Burton-Platt is your facilitator.  A day filled with alternative therapies for ADD/ADHD and Special Needs Children.  Guest speakers on Nutrition, Massage; Experience meditation, massage, Quantum Touch, Musical Flute and Guitar.   Teachers come for yourself, friends and family members are also welcome.
• Cost:  $5 Love Offering Suggested

• Sunday March 8 & 22 12:00pm to 2:00pm Hosted by Brecka Burton-Platt. No experience necessary. Come and allow Brecka to assist you in releasing your stress and anxiety through Guided Imagery. Two Sundays only -- Don't miss it! Registration requested at 513-204-0091.
• Cost: $10 per person

Kids Guided Imagery Meditation

• Saturday April 4 12:00pm to 2:00pm Hosted by Brecka Burton-Platt. For Kids 5 years and older. No experience necessary. Come and allow Brecka to assist your child's healing through Guided Imagery. Registration requested at 513-204-0091.
