Healing Yoga

Vinyasa Flow - Hatha Yoga

• Saturdays 9:00am-10:15am   Please note Jayne's maternity leave schedule:  Last class will be Sept 13, 2008, then Jayne will be on maternity leave until 2009.  We will re-address the class format and schedule at that time.  We wish Jayne and her newborn many blessings!  Jayne Cardell, RYT is the instructor.  You will find this class more challenging than the Healing Yoga (above).  Breath techniques begin a practice and awaken your mind to your Life Force.  This is in preparation for Hatha Yoga postures that allow for flexibility and strength to develop in body and mind.  You will feel a cleansing sensation as you move through a sequence of poses designed to awaken your Chakras.  Relaxation is the final journey of the class, connecting the Body/Mind sensation of your practice with the ease of the Spirit.

Flow Yoga

• Wednesdays, Jan 7 thru Feb 11, 2009  7:15pm-8:15pm   Stephanie Herrin, RYT is the instructor.  This Yoga class is more physically challenging, while balancing the body, mind, and spirit.  This class will be taught in 6 week intervals. • Cost:  $36.00 for the total package of 6 weeks, payable upon pre-registration    or    $32.00 for a variable package of 4 weeks, payable upon pre-registration.

Kids Wellness Day:  Alternative Therapies

• Sunday, Jan 18   9:30 to 4:00pm Brecka Burton-Platt is your facilitator.  A day filled with alternative therapies for ADD/ADHD and Special Needs Children.  Guest speakers on Nutrition, Massage; Experience meditation, massage, Quantum Touch, Musical Flute and Guitar.   Teachers come for yourself, friends and family members are also welcome.
